My sales rep was friendly and extremely helpful. It seemed like folks did not know a lot about my chosen model and some of the features I azked about were not on the car despite having been told they were. Not a big deal, but frustrating. I also was sold a car that had a recall on it. The recall was a simple 30 minutes computer update but they suggested I drive the 90 miles to the dealership rather than get the service at a local dealeraship 9 miles away. I was surprised this recall wasn't addressed before the sale. The extended warantee was very expensive. I should have been better prepared for that negotiation.
