We had gone into the VW store on Broad St in Stamford for service on our 2019 Tiguan. While waiting we were looking at the new cars and how many options they had. We were approached by a Salesman Rono who was great and asked if we would like any info on the car and the special offers they had. So we said yes. We took it for a ride and loved it. He was so professional and helpful. WE ended up leaving with the new car and received a good trade in for our old car. The whole experience was pleasant. If you need service call Karisha she was absolutely the best so polite and helpful I would recommend them very highly. From the Manger and the Financial man to the Salesman and the Service it was the best.
