When I went to go pick up my car, the lady at the desk who released my car back to me did not go over the services performed on my car. At least be able to read over the line items on my receipt so that I understand what was done. For example, I see a code line that states "recall perform open recall". I have no idea what this means nor did I state anything about a recall. I see other line items that include key words like rivet, bolts, and speed nut. Its just a basic part of at least having good customer service to have someone go over what service was done so that I don't go home, look over the invoice, and be confused or unsure about certain line items.
