WAY too noisy! 2 tvs on different stations and hip hop music playing much too loud. Will go back to Danbury dealership even though it's twice as far. Was given poor excuses as to problems I have been experiencing since I bought the car My first and last vw. Paid more than I did for any other car I've ever owned and have had way more problems than the whole time i owned them. All seem to be electrical. Am seriously considering invoking the lemon law.

My experience leasing a VW ID4 from the dealership was the single best car buying/leasing experience I have ever had. My sales person was phenomenal and the finance person was also amazing to deal with. Karisha was SO incredibly helpful in helping me get my oil changed. She also explain an offer to me for getting my tires rotated and I also added this on. The mechanic also identified an issue with my camera that I was not aware of and took care of that as well. I appreciated the attention to detail and have decided this dealership is who I will be doing my business with go forward.
