    Everything was great. No issues. Only thing is I did not get a car wash voucher like I use to in the past after a service. Not sure if this was still the policy so did not say anything.

    For once, I was able to get an appointment through. I have previously tried on a Safari browser and it would always lead me to an error page. I finally used a chrome browser and was able to get through the online scheduling system the night before my appointment. Furthermore, when I have tried calling for an appointment between service and sales, no one ever answers either extension. This time around, I give a 5 star rating because Karisha at the front provided excellent customer service from her kindness to charisma. In the past, I have interfaced with VW staff members who have been quite the opposite. Therefore, Karisha provided an experience that turned what could've been 1 star into a 5 star rating. Additionally, she thoroughly broke down the pricing for me and helped me to better understand what I'd pay if something was covered under warranty. While the service alone for a change of battery was exorbitant, I proceeded with the process.
