I showed up with a flat tire. They fixed it within a couple of hours. Everyone very friendly and the price was reasonable.

The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and more than accommodating!!! The team listens to all of my needs and meets every expectation all of the time!! I have bought 3 cars in 3 years from this location because I drive a lot!!! I would not buy a car anywhere else!!! From Todd in Sales to Rishi in service I trust I will never loose a minute on the road driving to see client as I am an out side sales architectural rep. My car is my life line to my income and the better the service the more successful I am so I can keep buying new cars!!

I drop off my car at the dealer on Monday, September 9. I had an issue with the AC blowing warm air as well as the oil change was due. Unlucky Lilian Forbes was my service advisor. She advised me that they will do the oil change and she’ll call me to update me about the AC. Didn’t hear from her until Wednesday the 11th. She called and told me that I need a new AC compressor and that it was covered by the warranty. However, she said they don’t have it in stock so she has to put the order and let me know when the car is ready for pickup. Never heard from her until Friday the 13th, when her colleague Rishi, called me and told me that Lilian was gone for the day and he is calling me on her behalf to let me know that they installed the new compressor, but the AC machine at the dealership is broken and the company who’s going to fix it is not available until Monday, the 16th. Therefore, they cannot fill up the AC system with the Freon. On Monday, September 16, I called Lilian to find out the status. Of course the car was not ready because the machine still not working. I told her that this is not acceptable. My car has been there for one week now. I didn’t get it back on the promised day and it’s not my mistake. I also told her that I had to rent a car for the whole week paying $470 and I’m expecting to get my car back and if not she should consider giving me a LOANER. She didn’t like what I said even if I was %100 right. So she said to me : you complain too much and HANGED UP THE PHONE ON ME. So unprofessional. Clearly Lilian needs to take some customer service classes that covers some basic topics such as treating customers with respect and courtesy. I called right back and addressed my issue to the service manager (Jamie Jenkins) who sincerely apologized on her behalf and told me to come by and that she’ll get a loaner ready for me. Few minutes later, Lilian called me to apologize. I guess, after the manager educated her how to handle and treat customers with empathy, especially in stressful situations.  On Thursday, September 19, Lilian called me and said that they need to put a new cabin air filter and that the car will be ready later in the afternoon. The same day around 4 PM I went to the dealer to pick up the car. Lilian was on break so I had to wait 30 minutes for her. She made me pay for the service but not providing the paperwork. Because the technician who fixed my car still working on the paperwork. She said she will email them to me no later than the next day. Never heard such an excuse. She emailed them to me on Tuesday, September 24. This is my fourth new car and never had such an experience. It took prestige VW of Stamford 10 days to put a new AC compressor and do the oil change on my vehicle. It’s absurd. Never ever ever go back.
