    The staff at Prestige Volkswagen in Stamford is exceptional! We have always dealt with Rishi before and he is great! This time I also dealt with a woman that explained everything and was extremely courteous and friendly.

    I called up on a Saturday morning to make my annual service appointment. I thought that I would have to schedule weeks away but they told me to come right in! I was able to do so and they got me out in 90 mins as promised. I appreciate that. I also love the gentleman who takes monkeys and checks me in. I can’t remember his name but he is always so friendly, warm, inviting and pleasant. My only piece of improvement feedback is to clean the women’s bathroom more regularly. I straightened it up while I was in there but it was a mess.

    Brought my car in because moonroof liner was peeling. They had my car for 20 days, luckily the only positive is my service advisor Lillian is so considerate and kind (she’s been thru all my horrific experiences), she also had them do my 30k service. Within 48 hours my check engine light is back on and my remote start isn’t working. Now my sunroof sounds like it’s popping glass bottle tops anytime I open the panel.

    Customer service was great when we stepped into the dealership looking for a car. Will was super helpful and made the process quick and easy. Once we decided to purchase the car, the customer service declined from here. When we went into the dealership a week later to pick up the car, we were there for over 2 hours, got interrupted many times while we were with the Manager, and found errors on the documents. We ended up having to sign papers since the system was doing. We went back in a week later to sign the electronic version and we waited 40 minutes even after we scheduled a time when the Manager was supposedly available. After signing the documents, we got a call that there were other errors on the application and we had to come in a third time to sign documents. Scheduling for this was difficult and the bank called me following up on the documents since it was almost 30 days since we took the car. All these issues came up, but VW had no problem cashing our check the day after we wrote it. Not the best experience.
