The two women who work at the front desk could not have been more unpleasant and unprofessional. I will never go back to Prestige again for anything. The dealership itself is dirty and run down. When I picked up my car it was filthy. The loaner they gave me was filthy (I sent it back and asked them to clean it again, they took it away and did the very bare minimum - it was still dirty). Awful experience.
