Staff is friendly and helpful they are trying to their best to accommodate everyone. If you are going in there cranky and act up they won't help you. As a customer try to keep calm as they will work with you fix whatever issues you have.

There was no communication initiated by the service department regarding the status of my car. I brought it in at 10am, and called at 2:30pm, and they had no answer for me despite it being a seemingly simple issue of loss or air pressure in one tire. They said the technician was at lunch and they would call me back in 20 minutes. This never happened. I had to call again after 40 minutes and they still couldn’t give me an answer. Finally I dropped my husband off at the dealer since I had to drive our daughter to NY, and this was at 4:15pm. All they had done was one part of checking the tire. They wanted us to come back another day to do more tests, but my husband insisted they do everything that day while he waited. After having my car for 7.5 hours, they found nothing. When I’ve had tire issues in the past and gone to a mechanic, they would call me to let me know what was happening and do it in a timely manner. This poor service at Prestige in unacceptable.
