SERVICE ADVISOR

Prestige Volkswagen of Stamford is seeking top notch candidates for our Service Advisor position, experience not required but proven selling skills or automotive technical skills are a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify the need for and sell and schedule service work while being the liaison that 
  represents Prestige Volkswagen of Stamford to service clients and the clients' 
  interests to Prestige
- This position provides the highest level of personal attention associated with a 
  dedicated, ongoing client relationship to create future opportunity for repeat and 
  referral business
- Accountable for completing all job tasks timely and accurately

SALES CONSULTANT

F&I MANAGER

We are currently recruiting candidates for an F&I Manager. The F & I Manager candidates will be well versed in menu selling presentations, act as liaisons between the customer and the lending institution and ensure that all deals are compliant with corporate policies and applicable laws/regulations.  The individuals will take a leadership role when dealing with customer inquiries and/or issues.  He/she will be self-motivated, energetic, have a positive attitude and be a team player in working closely with the sales team as a representative of the dealership. The F & I Managers are full-time positions and will be expected to perform all of the roles and responsibilities described below as well as any that are requested or required as needed    

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell financing/insurance programs and products to meet or exceed customers' expectations. 
- Demonstrate effective closing skills 
- Ensures completion and submission of all financing documents 
- Responsible for the attainment and gross production of financial services' goals and objectives. 
- Utilize the menu selling process. 
- Promote and maintain CSI scores at or above company standards consistently. 
-Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and laws/regulatory obligations relative to financial services and products to include Red Flag and Safeguard Rules. - Adhere to F & I reporting requirements and standards of the business. 
- Maintain effective employee relations with all co-workers.  
- Work independently as well as work collaboratively on the team. 
- Ensure that training is provided to the sales team regarding finance/insurance programs and the benefits of the dealership's extended service programs. 
- Establish partnerships and alliances with co-workers
